Fantastic trade for San Jose, I think. I don't really understand why Tampa would trade Boyle; they might get Jason Smith, but they'll no longer have a good puck-mocking defenseman.
And to consolidate their position as Coolest Team in the World, the Sharks have signed Rob Blake to a scandously lucrative contract.
