Scratch Your Head in 3, 2, 1...

From Dan Kamal's Twitter: "At the Corral in Cgy for practice. Lines are:13-80-61; 17-12-17; 23-47-20; 9/36-19-27. Changes abound. Moose is your probable starter Wed."

He later corrected Kovy's line to be 17-12-10. So no, unfortunately John Anderson has not found a way put the Czar on both wings at the same time.

I have driven last night's game from my memory, so someone else will have to let me know if Kane somehow played himself into the doghouse during that debacle. Could he have really been any worse than anyone else on the team? How does he get relegated to rotating out with Boults?

I can understand swapping out Kozy and the Czar. Maybe Fins can get Kozy going and may be Kovy can get White and Little going.

What I would like to see is a reshuffle like this:

Kovy--Pevs--Fins

Kane--Antro--Army

Kozy--White--Little

Boults--Party--Thor

Then again, what I'd REALLY like to see is:

Kovy--Pevs--Fins

Kane--Antro--SHARP

Kozy--Little--Army

Boults--Party--Thor

All I can think of RCP is he is trying to take advantage of a) the chemistry between Reasy & Thorbs as well as Reasy & Kane and b) sprinkle the scoring touch across all 4 lines. Hopefully this will mean less time on ice for Kovy and Max and a more even distribution of time across all 4 lines. Let's face it, the LWR and 4th line have been our best over the last 3 or 4 games...and that's not sayin' much.

I don't think it's so much an indictment of Kane as it is a chance to get some Slater in there as he is probably chomping at the bit to make a statement on a "scoring" line. And perhaps they will be show-casing both Slater and White to ANY potential takers whilst on the West Coast of Canadia.

I'm just throwin' it out there.

Time for some seafood!!

Kane isn't feeling well. So, less minutes.
