Ramsay Will Build Us Many Pyramids and Sphinxes

AJC intern Bill "Rawhide" Tiller located the Thrashers' new head coach "Craig Ramsay" over the weekend and asked him some important questions. Questions about the power play, questions about Atlanta's nightmarish traffic, questions about his overall vision for the team, etc.

It's a good interview!

The main idea seems to be Simplicity.

I like what Ramsay has to say. Keeping It Simple and Responsible and Unfancy is probably the only strategy for this team.

That was a major issue last year with Slava Kozlov constantly trying to implement uses for his crazy inventions during the game. Remember the atomic-zombie-mutant that shot lazers out of its nipples to disintegrate pucks before they went in our net? Poor Kari Lehtonen was almost ready to come back from his back surgery when he let a shot go through his five hole and got his testicle seared.

I have no simple retort for such musings about mutant testicles and laser-shooting zombies who pretend to be Russian hockey players.
