Atlanta drivers really don't understand that whole "When gusty winds knock down trees and destroy traffic lights you're meant to treat the intersection as a 4-way stop and not act like an Every-Man-For-Himself douchebag" concept.

You're shocked? I lived in Atlanta during several storms during my stay ('91-'05), and no one gave a damn about down traffic lights...
