Maybe the Thrashers will get lucky and catch Boston looking forward to the Winter Classic. A blow-out would do nicely to turn things around.
Lucic is out, but Savard has been on a tear. Maybe Timmy Thomas will be nervous about Friday's Team USA announcement and will let in a few softies.
I'm really reaching here, folks. Five losses in a row have drained me of enthusiasm.

I have to confess this is the most esoteric game day picture in Chronicle history. I've literally been staring at it since 10:02 AM and it's still over my head.
God this team sucks! No defense near the net...guys just standing around. No freakin' forecheck and too little support from the forwards. And what the hell has happened to our penalty kill?? Should be 3 - 0 but Pavelec just saved a goal. FUCK YOU SUCK RON!
I've been listening to the game while watching the Hawks-Cavs...and with 13 minutes left in the 1st period, I've given up. Even Dan Kamal can't keep my attention much longer.
Didn't watch a second of it. Don't even want to see highlights. This is just stupid now.
Any hope and dream I had for this season, at this date and time, is now dead.

I can't believe I just bought season tkts for the duration of this hopeless quest. Fuck me. Can they play with any less heart, physicality and determination. Not to mention Pavelec sucks...the kid has been giving up an avg of 5 goals per game for nearly a month! I didn't understand why he got the nod to begin with. And does no one on the PP realize you must actually HIT somebody to keep the puck in along the walls??
