There was NO WAY he was putting numbers like last year's up again. Should have sold high on him when the chance was there. Oh well.

I agree with both youz guyz.
There are GM's out there who are dumb enough to look at last year's numbers and disregard this year's if we offer them a trade now.

But yeah, Boris, Kari, and Todd White would add a whole bunch of salary onto the Blackhawks roster...and they can't afford to take on anything that pricey.
Maybe Boris and a 6 pack could work? I'd make that deal.
Boris, Kari, and White for Sharp and Campbell. The Thrash take on a bunch of money, but what shows Kovy the team is committed by putting their money where their mouth is? Chicago is only going to make a trade where they dump a bunch of money. This might work. Kubina is a FA after this year, so acquiring Campbell is a great insurance policy for next year, too.
i'd rather have kubina than campbell.
