Haven't looked too far into it, but the Sharks are coming to Philips woooo. I finally get to see Joe Thornton in person at a non-All Star game, if he's still on the team by that time of course.
The kick-off against Tampa should be good fun, but that immediate road trip is just cruel.
I support the St. Louis-Nashville proposal from Big Shooter. Mark one more arena off the list and get to visit the Country Music capital again, this time to watch Timmy Conolly and Ryan Miller.
We should probably pull for the Preds this time, though. We really don't get much chance.
I'm going back to Nashville on Halloween for GT/Vandy, which will hopefully be a day game because the Preds are playing the Stars that night, too.
Geez, that road stretch around Christmas/New Years looks like it's going to be a BITCH. Boston twice? On one road trip? The schedule starting after the Olympic Break looks pretty nice, though.
I don't know about you guys, but I say we head down to Miami-Ft. Lauderdale for the Dec. 5th (Saturday night!) game against the Panthers.
Leave immediately after the Thursday night home game against the Islanders, arrive at the southern edge of Florida sometime the next day. There's a Holiday Inn right on South Beach, literally next door to the Setai (where we'll go Friday night for drinks and unattainable hot girls with ugly but rich agent/producer boyfriends, in the courtyard); the Bank Atlantic Center is a quick drive up 95.
Wow, those two road trips are pretty tough, but at least neither one involves 4 or 5 straight games against teams from the Western Conf. Let's hope we're in contention down the stretch so March becomes a month-long Blueland Bash!!
See you guys in Sawgrass, FL for my birthday bonanza game against the Putty Tats!!

OK... we go to the 2nd game of the year in St. Louis (Thur). On the way back home see Nsh vs Buf (Sat).
Thrash are out of town over NYE... so that means we go to the World Juniors.
Sat Jan 30 we play in Nsh.
Done.
We have home games March 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 23, 25, and 29.
Wow.
November is going to be FUUUUUUN.
The long homestand in March will be VERY favorable to us if we're in playoff contention.
