...according to everyone.
Well, what do you think? Should Dudley go for it?
If so, what do we give up? Bergfors-for-Langenbrunner sounds like a catastrophic trade, but who knows?
UPDATE: Langenbrunner traded to Dallas for a conditional 3rd-rounder. If you wanted Langenbrunner, your dreams have expired like a...a...a tire? An accountant? An ennui-filled accountant on that girl from high school he found on Facebook?

No Bergfors. Eager maybe. Plus some mid to low round picks. The Flyers are offering two picks for Langenbrunner. Eager and a 4th and 6th might be fair value for him.
If Nik Bergfors still doesn't want to be in Atlanta, it makes sense to ship him back where he came. Eager is on IR, no peep about what it was, so his value is less right now.
I say up it and offer Bergfors+Meyer+pick for Langenbrunner+someone+pick
A third rounder sounds about right for Langenbrunner. He will help, but he's getting up there in age (he was on the 96 World Cup team after all) and only has a contract through the end of this season.
We should be looking for something better for Bergfors, like a second rounder or a player in his 20's with a 2-3 year contract.
I was wrong, JL wasn't on the 96 WC team. The only active players who were on that team are Modano, Weight, and Rolston. Adam Deadmarsh was the youngest person on that team, born in 1975.
The only currently active players from Canada's 96 World Cup team are Brodeur, Foote, and Eddie Jo.
