We've all seen how Dudley loves to go and get players he's already familiar with.

I'm not saying that'd be a wise move, but I could see (at the least) rumors of the sort being thrown around as we get closer to the trade deadline.

And as I'm about to post this, apparently HockeyDouche says Wayne Simmonds is unhappy in LA and may actually be available via trade (e8).

Surely that means the Thrashers would try to acquire him.

Cause, you know....GoPuckYourselfhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16185680069342326772noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3345962750124330515.post-76828589882177822252010-11-23T16:28:04.764-05:002010-11-23T16:28:04.764-05:00I wouldn't mind seeing Hainsey dealt. I think...I wouldn't mind seeing Hainsey dealt. I think at this point Kulda would be better and cheaper. Dudley absolutely LOVES Cormier, so I would think when he is ready a deal would almost have to be made to open up a spot for him on the roster. I like Thorburn and Eager's energy for the team. Modin and Boulton I would deem expendable at this point. Not sure they would bring much back other than mid to low round draft picks. Now I have to ask, who could the Thrashers target? Has anyone heard of what players are being shopped or are on the block by other teams?Jaynoreply@blogger.com
